Coaching

Professional athletes use coaches.  Professional singers use coaches.  Highly successful people use coaches (they call them “mentors”).

What do these people know that you don’t?

They know that in order to improve their skills, they need a coach to push them to the next level.  Especially on those days that they just don’t feel like doing anything or when they feel that they’ve hit a plateau.

Having a coach keeps you motivated and focused.  Your coach helps you to achieve your personal goals by emphasizing your strengths and identifying your blocks, getting you to move through them.

Regardless of what your specific health goals are — whether they include making changes in other aspects of your life (career, relationships) — I will work with you to develop a program that is always comfortable for you.

Coaching sessions can be conducted in-person, over the telephone, or via the internet. Tele-coaching and web-based coaching are more efficient methods of coaching than in-person coaching, because they afford you the convenience of being at your own home or office, without geographical restrictions.

My coaching programs are designed around your personal preferences to include any or all forms of coaching, and may be changed as you progress and your needs change.
